Whatever happened to 歐鴻鍊's concealed document? II

I have been anxiously waiting for 歐鴻鍊 to deliver the concealed document to the Legislative Yuan since 2008-12-17, the date he was ordered to surrender the document. Apparently, he did not comply:

• Legislative Yuan has had no news about this document
  
• News media has no had news about this document
  
• What bothers me the most is the deafening silence regarding this matter on the web. It is as if the whole world is cooperating to make this mystery go away quietly. But why? KMT is expected to stonewall request for transparency and for due process, but why would Taiwanese help KMT get away easy by remaining silent?
  

The google news search on 歐鴻鍊 shows no news on 隱匿公文 after 2008-12-12.
